A reliable and trustworthy pool attendant for a VVIP FAMILY to look after the family and guest and manage the swimming pool area. In this role, you will be required to welcome and attend to the guests, enforce safety rules, and manage pool equipment and facilities, among other duties.Managing the swimming pool cleaning schedule and performing daily inspections and safe facility.Ensuring that the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean and safe.Knowledge of the principles and practices of resuscitation, first aide, and CPR/PR techniques.Knowledge of safety hazards and necessary safety precautions sufficient to be able to establish a safe work environment for self and others.Knowledge of swimming pool equipment sufficient to be able to perform minor maintenance work on the equipment.Test the pool water to ensure proper chemical balance.Adjust pool chemistry as needed.Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of pool deck and facilities including straightening and stacking chairs, collecting soiled towels and trash, moving chairs, towels, replacing flags, and cleaning signs.Enforcing safety protocols.Monitoring the activity of guests and ensuring their safety.Reporting any damages or incidences to the supervisor. Diploma or any equivalent.At least one year's experience in the hospitality industry.Recent First Aid and CPR certification.Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.Physically fit, good swimming abilities, and able to perform physical labor in harsh weather conditions.Ability to move and lift heavy furniture and equipment.Good time management and organizational skills.Knowledge of pool equipment and safety measures.With knowledge in Pool Chemicals (to ensure proper chemical balance and do the necessary adjustment)Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and long hours.With experience in SPA and Gym will also be an advantage.
