Role Overview We are looking for a Platform Engineer to help build, operate, and evolve our cloud-native platform. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to enable secure, scalable, and highly automated delivery of banking-grade systems. This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, automation, and building platforms that empower development teams to move fast while staying compliant.Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with development and product teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.Design, build, and operate a modern, automated, cloud-native CI/CD platform.Provision, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.Ensure platform security, reliability, compliance, and regulatory alignment for banking systems.Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting for platform and applications.Promote DevOps best practices, automation, and continuous improvement across teams.Required Skills & Experience Strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices for building automated delivery platforms.Experience designing and operating highly scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant systems.Cloud platform experience with AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure.Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.Containerization and orchestration experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX, networking fundamentals, and TCP/IP.Practical experience with Git workflows (Git Flow, Trunk-based development, GitHub Flow).Solid understanding and hands-on practice with Agile / Lean methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Self-driven, proactive, and able to deliver solutions end-to-end with minimal supervision. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
