A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistics
Responsibilities
• Serve as a point of contact for managers and employees for all inquiries related to benefits.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns for new programs and communications related to compensation and benefits.
• Perform data validation and coordinate various processes related to group insurance, group RRSP, leaves of absence, and other related programs.
• Coordinate job evaluation requests to determine salary ranges and compensation structures.
• Validate the accuracy of compensation data in HR systems and correct any discrepancies.
• Participate in quarterly and annual total rewards processes (salary review, bonus programs, etc.).
• Contribute to the improvement and implementation of various total rewards initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance. A combination of relevant skills, education, and experience may also be considered.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
• The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and rigor in execution.
• Excellent priority management and autonomy.
• Demonstrates discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
