Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled
PHP Developer
to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using PHP and related technologies, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using
PHP
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
• Ensure application security and data protection
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Maintain databases and ensure data integrity
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in
PHP
• Experience with
MVC frameworks
(Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony, etc.)
• Knowledge of
MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with
RESTful APIs
• Understanding of
Git version control
• Knowledge of web security best practices
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with
Laravel
or
Yii
• Knowledge of
AJAX, jQuery
• Familiarity with
Linux server environments
• Experience with
Docker
or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Understanding of
Agile/Scrum
methodologies
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years
of PHP development experience (adjust as needed)
