Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role, preferably in catering or banquet operations.Knowledge of baking techniques, dessert preparation, and pastry presentation.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and consistency.Team player with good communication skills.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.Culinary certification is an advantage.
