Scope Define approach for integrating Salesforce with legacy systems and third-party applications, including middleware and data flow diagrams. Assess the Business process and design architecture documents Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies for integration, scalability, and compliance. Develop and document high-level and detailed architecture diagrams, including data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks. Provide detailed specifications for customizations, configurations, APIs, and integration components. Assignment Deliverables Define approach for integrating Salesforce with legacy systems and third-party applications, including middleware and data flow diagrams. Assess the Business process and design architecture documents Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies for integration, scalability, and compliance. Skills Experience and Skill Set Requirements A Note on the VOR Master Service Agreement: The VOR Master Service Agreement expires on April 5, 2027, and includes a six (6)-month survival clause, allowing the Statement of Work (SOW) to continue, if operationally required, until October 5, 2027. Extension(s) are only allowed using unused days and/or funds remaining on the contract. No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value and any extension options included in the original SOW. JTS may exercise its option(s) to extend the SOW beyond April 5, 2027, in accordance with the survival clause. Services required beyond this date will be acquired through a Request for Services (RFS) issued under the successor VOR. The start date is subject to change based on security clearances and contract signing timelines. Experience and Skillset Requirements Mandatory Requirements 5+ years of salesforce experience 5+ years of architect experience working with vendor 5+ years of technical architect experience Nice-to-Have Requirements 5+ years of Tribunals/ops experience Desired Skills and Experience Technical Architect, strong understanding of salesforce platform Leadership experience in the development and implementation of technical architectures at the specified experience level Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development and implementation of applications Extensive salesforce experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments Knowledge and experience designing processes around ITIL and is able to guide others using this methodology Experience translating business requirements into reporting needs Experience translating business requirements into reporting needs Experience preparing conceptual, logical and/or physical processes and data models Experience developing, recommending, implementing and managing technical architecture Experience in the use of Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools and other software tools such as project management tools Awareness of emerging technologies, trends and directions Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. models) Resumes Evaluation/Criteria: Criteria 1: Salesforce Experience - 30 Points 5+ years of salesforce architect experience Extensive salesforce experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments Knowledge and experience designing processes around ITIL and can guide others using this methodology Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Data Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL. Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs (REST/SOAP), and middleware tools like MuleSoft Criteria 2: Stakeholder and Vendor Management - 30 Points Technical architect experience in designing the vendor managed implementation project Awareness of emerging technologies, trends and directions A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines Have worked with vendor and multiple stakeholders in the large complex project Criteria 3: Architecture Experience - 20 Points Leadership experience in the development and implementation of technical architectures at the specified experience level Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. models) in complex vendor managed project Experience translating business requirements into reporting needs Experience preparing conceptual, logical and/or physical processes and data models for Salesforce platform projects Criteria 4: Communication Skills - 15 Points Understand government process and policies to develop the implementation strategies Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills Criteria 5: Public Sector Experience - 5 Points Previous experience working in Government or Public Sector organizations
