Paid Media (AI-Driven) Specialist — Remote Contractor About Archive Digital Archive Digital is a digital marketing + AI solutions agency helping Canadian mid-market and enterprise brands grow through performance marketing, lifecycle automation, and measurable outcomes. Role Summary We’re hiring a Paid Media (AI-Driven) Specialist (Contractor) to plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google and Meta—using modern AI workflows to move faster, test smarter, and improve performance. This is a remote contract role. What You’ll Do Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube optional) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Use AI-assisted workflows for keyword/audience research, ad iteration, creative testing, and performance insights Own campaign structure: naming conventions, budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, placements, and exclusions Write and iterate high-performing ad copy (with strong hooks, offers, and CTAs) Set up and QA tracking: pixels, conversions, events, UTMs, and attribution basics Run structured testing (A/B and multivariate) across creative, landing pages, and audiences Monitor performance daily/weekly: CPA, ROAS, CVR, CTR, CAC, LTV (where available) Produce clear reporting and insights: what changed, why it changed, and what we do next Collaborate with creative/web teams to improve landing page conversion and message match Maintain platform hygiene: policy compliance, disapprovals, account audits, and documentation What We’re Looking For 2+ years managing paid media budgets with measurable results (agency experience a plus) Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads + Meta Ads Manager Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate execution (prompting, iteration, analysis) without sacrificing quality Solid grasp of tracking and measurement (GA4 basics, pixels, conversion events, UTMs) Strong analytical thinking + ability to translate data into actions Clear communicator who can explain performance to non-media stakeholders Organized operator: testing discipline, documentation, and repeatable processes Contract Details Type: Contractor Location: Remote Hours: TBD (part-time or full-time depending on fit and workload) Start: ASAP How to Apply Send your resume + a short note with: 1–2 examples of campaigns you’ve managed (budget ranges, channels, outcomes) Your favourite AI workflow you use for paid media (and why it works)
