International Talent Acquisition Specialist
For one of our client, I'm looking for a (UX/UI) Designer to join a specialized team for an exciting project. This role requires expertise in both user experience and user interface design, with a strong focus on crafting intuitive and user-friendly digital products.
Responsibilities
UX Design Responsibilities
• Write detailed user experience documents outlining design principles and methodologies.
• Create intuitive wireframes that facilitate easy navigation and considering user flow.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights on user behavior and preferences.
• Apply user feedback to refine wireframes and prototypes to enhance user satisfaction.
• Craft microcopy texts that guide users throughout their digital experience, including error messages, onboarding messages, and filling instructions.
UI Design Responsibilities
• Produce engaging visual concepts and prototypes in both digital and print formats to communicate ideas effectively.
• Ensure consistency in brand style across all digital products; select colors, images, and fonts that align with brand messaging.
• Collaborate with developers to translate design concepts into functional web pages and components.
• Design and define components such as buttons, headers, footers, and tooltips, ensuring alignment with usability standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proven experience in the Saudi labor market for at least 6 years.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with Figma and web programming (HTML5, CSS).
• Familiarity with Bootstrap and other design tools.
Certifications
• Preferred certifications include Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) and Nielsen Norman Group Certification.
Core competencies
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on design objectives and user needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and design tools to continually improve craftsmanship and design efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members on UX/UI best practices and tools.
