Site Leader, AWS Reverse Logistics
Ambitious individuals are sought after to lead the launch of a new site and develop strategies for hiring, innovation, and ongoing operations management.
This role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring operational goals are met while maintaining the highest standards for safety and security.
The ideal candidate will have experience in management, vendor management, and hiring and developing technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure roadblocks are removed to meet operational goals.
• Hiring and developing an exempt and non-exempt workforce to meet business goals.
• Attainment of organizational performance goals and objectives relating to safety, security, scaling, and efficiency.
• Cross-functional collaboration across multiple business teams, Operations, Commercials, Program Management and Finance leadership.
• Coordination of facilities related program management tasks to meet deliverables.
• Thought leadership on integration of new products/services and associated physical workflow processes to match.
• Document writing and presentations on key initiatives used to influence necessary business actions benefiting the site.
