About the Role
What you will do:
End-to-End Design: Lead the design process from conceptualization and user flows to high-fidelity pixel-perfect UIs (Web & Mobile). User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analyze data to validate hypotheses and improve the UX. Design System: Build, maintain, and scale our Design System in Figma to ensure consistency and speed across the platform. Collaboration: Facilitate design workshops and work hand-in-hand with developers during the hand-off process to ensure high-quality implementation. Mentorship: Inspire the team with new ideas, trends, and design best practices.

Qualifications
Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in Product Design (UI/UX), ideally within a Saa S or Mobile App environment. Portfolio: You have a strong portfolio showcasing not just beautiful visuals, but your design thinking process, problem-solving skills, and impact.
Required Skills
Tool Stack: You are a Figma expert (Auto-layout, Variables, Prototyping). Experience with tools like Framer, Protopie, or After Effects is a plus. Mindset: You are deeply user-centric but also understand business goals and technical constraints. Communication: You can articulate design decisions clearly and welcome constructive feedback.
