**Company Description**:
Easygenerator is a cloud-based eLearning authoring software used by enterprises such as Nielsen, T-Mobile and Kellogg‘s to scale knowledge sharing amongst the workforce.
We are looking for a Privacy and Security Officer to join our fast-growing Scale-Up. You will help our organization getting ready for our next phase of growth and you will be involved in the following activities:
- Prior experience in implementing ISO 27001 for a product or a company
- Creating and defining policies and procedures based on ISO 27001 guidelines
- Hands on experience in GDPR
- Handling and maintaining sub processors based on GDPR guidelines
- Completing security audits and questionnaires for customers
- Agreement reviews and negotiations with customers and internal teams
- Monitor data management procedures and compliance within the company
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Answering queries of customers on questions about security and GDPR/privacy and assessments
- Creating the yearly security report
- Offer consultations on how to deal with privacy breaches
- Improve Information Security Management System documents and get us ready for ISO-certification
- Perform audits and determine whether we need to alter our procedures to comply with regulations
• *Qualifications**:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1 year experience with software security or experience with ISO 27001
- Work experience in data protection and legal compliance is a plus
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
