About the Role: We are looking for a talented and creative Front End Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for building intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver seamless web experiences that enhance usability and performance. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Work with frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js to build interactive user interfaces. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional applications. • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. • Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and microservices. • Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure quality and reliability. • Stay current with emerging technologies, design trends, and best practices in web development. • Participate in Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Requirements Technical Skills: • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+). • Experience with one or more frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. • Knowledge of version control tools (Git/GitHub). • Experience with responsive design, cross-browser testing, and performance optimization. • Understanding of build tools like Webpack, Babel, or NPM. • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field. • [X+] years of experience as a Front End Developer or Web Developer. Soft Skills: • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Excellent attention to detail and design aesthetics. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): • Experience with TypeScript and Next.js/Nuxt.js. • Familiarity with UI libraries (Material UI, Tailwind, Bootstrap). • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows. • Understanding of cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP) or serverless applications.
