Design end to end Fire and Life Safety solution.Prepare cost effective solution by negotiating with suppliers and able to apply proper value engineering.Coordinate with the Drafting Team for shop drawingsAttend meetings with consultant/client/contractor, as and when technical clarifications are required on the materials submittals or the system designs.Prepare technical submittals as per set timelines to meet the submission target date.· Coordinate with manufacturers and local suppliers to obtain technical documents and support for system designs.Work closely with CAD designers to develop shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and system integration drawings that meet project and jurisdictional requirements.Verify the accuracy and compliance of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and initial bid proposals.Perform quantity take-offs and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) to support project costing and procurement.Deliver innovative and customized solutions that exceed client expectations.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure a seamless workflow and effective project execution.Provide advanced technical advice and support on a wide range of products and systems to both internal teams and clients. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in pre-sales engineering, technical support, or system design, within the Life Safety/Fire Alarm/Fire Protection system.Proven track record of working with national and international clients on large-scale projects.Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
