Our platform simulates complex biological processes to accelerate drug design and reduce reliance on traditional lab work. By integrating deep learning with physics and biology, we help pharmaceutical companies speed up research and solve challenging problems.
We're looking for a Software Engineer with strong Python skills and an interest in biotechnology and AI. You'll develop software that bridges engineering and life sciences, leveraging AI and IaC to build scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop Python applications integrating AI for biotech projects.
• Implement IaC to automate deployments and manage infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Maintain and optimize codebases for scalability and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and follow best practices using Git.
• Build and deploy microservices and APIs.
• Explore and apply machine learning models to enhance outcomes.
• Use cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Qualifications
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in Python development.
• Familiarity with biotech concepts is a plus.
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) preferred.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Strong understanding of version control (Git).
• Experience with APIs and microservices architecture.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
