Duties:
- Collaborate with the other co-founder to establish the company's vision, mission, and strategic direction
- Drive the development and implementation of the company's products or services
- Lead the technical team in designing, developing, and deploying innovative software solutions
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Manage and prioritize tasks, projects, and resources effectively
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the company
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the technical team
• *Requirements**:
- Strong technical background with expertise in Linux, GitHub, JavaScript,.NET, APIs, rat, Application development, Agile, C, Ruby on Rails
- Proven experience in leading and managing a technical team
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing a startup company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to inspire and motivate others
