Quality Assurance Analyst - Manual and Automation - ServiceNow: On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Quality Assurance Analyst - Manual and Automation - ServiceNow for a 3 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. Quality Assurance Analyst - Manual and Automation - ServiceNow - Job Description: The Quality Assurance Analyst will be involved in the Transformation program, focusing on migrating the Service Desk, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog from legacy systems to a new platform. This role supports a digital transformation effort to comply with banking regulations and reduce customizations. Quality Assurance Analyst - Manual and Automation - ServiceNow - Responsibilities: • Lead testing efforts and maintain QA standards across the project lifecycle • Oversee quality control efforts and provide guidance on QA best practices • Develop and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices • Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and manage defect tracking • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Maintain regression and automation test suites using ATF • Collaborate with Agile project teams to ensure requirements are met Quality Assurance Analyst - Manual and Automation - ServiceNow - Mandatory Skills: • 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including manual and automation testing • 3+ years' experience with ServiceNow, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management • Experience with ATF (automation testing framework) tool • Agile project experience and SDLC knowledge • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes Quality Assurance Analyst - Manual and Automation - ServiceNow – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience in a leadership role within QA or testing teams • Experience with additional ServiceNow modules like HAM, SAM, and CMDB • Familiarity with banking applications and system integration • Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification • QA certifications such as ISTQB or ITIL Quality Assurance Analyst - Manual and Automation - ServiceNow – Assignment Length: This is a contract position until March 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
