**CTC007191 - Scrum Master/Project Manager - Employee Experience**: • *Secteur industriel: Telecommunications**: • *Type d'emploi: Contract**: • *Durée: Eleven months**: • *Mode de travail: Mixed**: • *Description**: IMPORTANT The work location: I’ll consider from anywhere, but the big 3 locations we work out of are: MONTREAL (QUEBEC) MISSISSAUGA (ONTARIO) CALGARY (ALBERTA) Hybrid or work from home: Hybrid Top 3 skillsets: Facilitation skills - including the facilitation of the scrum ceremonies, sprint planning and retrospectives and the facilitation of decision making processes to make sure everyone’s voice is heard. Coaching and mentoring in Agile best practices - the team is still learning and adapting to the agile way of working, I need someone comfortable enough in the space to be able to support the team through their journey. Servant leadership - I’m looking for someone who will come in and contribute to an already supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate the Agile/Scrum process for the software development team. - Coach team members on Agile/Scrum principles and practices, and encourage continuous improvement. - Collaborate with the product owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and actionable. - Guide the team on breaking down work into manageable tasks and track progress through daily stand-up meetings and other Agile ceremonies. - Shield the team from external distractions and interruptions, enabling them to focus on delivering high-quality software. - Facilitate the team's decision-making processes and help resolve conflicts that may arise within the team. - Monitor team performance and use data to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to share best practices and continuously improve the Agile/Scrum process. • *Requirements**: - At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams. - Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships with team members and stakeholders. - Ability to lead and coach teams to embrace Agile values and principles. - Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. - Knowledge of software development methodologies and the software development life cycle. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred - Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); fluent knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. • *Etes-vous sûr?**:
