Manage day-to-day operations for fire protection projects and maintenance contracts, including sprinkler, hydrant, fire alarm, and suppression systems.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and authorities for approvals, inspections, testing, and compliance with Civil Defence, NFPA, and local regulations.
Control and optimize manpower utilization, material consumption, tools, and equipment across projects and maintenance sites.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, service procedures, and HSE requirements.
Oversee authority inspections, testing & commissioning, and rectification works for both projects and AMC contracts.
Prepare and review progress reports, maintenance reports, service records, and KPI tracking.
Support project invoicing, maintenance billing, variation claims, and coordination with accounts for certifications and collections.
Manage technical issues, client complaints, emergency call-outs, and ensure effective closure within agreed timelines.
Support project closeout and maintenance handover including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, service logs, and statutory compliance documents.
B-Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is mandatory
