Students are carefully screened for English level, behavior, and motivation.This role involves both course development and teaching delivery in a 1 teacher to 8 student format, covering topics such as story analysis, persuasive writing, narrative writing, analytical writing, and literature analysis.Job Responsibilities Develop and deliver well-planned, engaging online classes.Create, test, and revise lesson materials conforming to Jade Class standards.Commit to developing a full course of 15 lessons.Deliver classes using provided materials (grading and student support outside of class is handled by in-house staff).CompensationCourse Development: $360 USD per newly developed lesson (includes in-class materials, homework, grading keys, and supplementary materials).Teaching Hours: $75 USD per 90 minute lesson.Remuneration is processed monthly, between the 10th and the 12th, through Wise ().ScheduleDevelopment meetings take place online on the Class In () platform between 08:00 and 20:00 UTC +8 (Singapore time) any day of the week.Lessons occur on weekends during the fall and spring semesters, and Monday through Saturday during the summer.Fall 2025 Teaching Schedule (September – January):Fri 16:30 – 20:30 (UTC+8)Sat, Sun 08:30 – 20:30 (UTC+8)Applicant RequirementsAble to guarantee preparation for and attendance at each scheduled meeting.Fun personality and talkative.Logical, able to explain concepts clearly and simply.A good imitator, able to emulate our style.Neat and professional appearance.Positive attitude.Malleable, willing to change to meet standards.Perfect oral grammar and clear enunciation.Technology RequirementsFast and stable internet connection (≥ 20 Mbps).Modern, reliable computer (~10,000+ on ).Application ProcessPlease send the following to Your resume.A link to your introduction video (Vimeo, You Tube, Google, or other safe platforms).
