Overview
We are hiring a Senior Python Developer to support backend and API development for a modern cloud-based application. The position is contract. SQL and Python tests will be required; kindly share your email address for the assessment.
Required Tech Stack
• Python, C#, RESTful APIs, Azure Cloud, Docker
Nice to Have
• Blazor (WebAssembly/Server), Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
Qualifications
• 5+ years of Python development experience
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture & service-oriented design
• Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with Azure Cloud (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps)
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design
• Experience integrating Blazor frontends through Python-based APIs (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized development
Responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable Python-based microservices
• Develop & maintain RESTful APIs integrating with Blazor frontends
• Ensure code quality via unit tests, code reviews, and documentation
• Deploy, monitor, and scale applications using Azure services
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams
• Optimize backend services for performance and scalability
• Apply OOP principles and algorithmic thinking to solve complex problems
• Participate in architecture & design discussions
