Iron Horse is now HIRING full time licensed Security Guards for Concierge at High-end Condominiums in the downtown / waterfront areas and commercial buildings in the Toronto, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Woodbridge, North York, Brampton, and the Oakville Area.

Saturday & Sunday - Morning - Part time
0700hrs to 1500hrs (8hrs)
16 hours per week
Rated as an Excellent Condominium.
Starting Pay Rates are $17.60/hr
Candidates with condominium security experience (Concierge) will be given preference. Customer service and hospitality industry experience is also considered an asset. Excellent opportunities for advancement.
Job Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License & First Aid CPR
• Excellent Communication Skills - English - Written & Verbal
• Computer Skills Required
• Excellent Deportment & Professionalism
• Previous experience working in a Condominium as Security/Concierge is preferred.
• Must be personable, positive and have good public relations qualities
• Parking is provided on-site for those who drive
Responsibilities
• Monitor CCTV cameras to ensure the safety and security of the premises during night shifts.
• Utilize law enforcement and surveillance skills to identify and address any suspicious activities.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and maintain a secure environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, demonstrating hospitality and professionalism.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, utilizing First Aid, CPR, and security training as required.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold the standards of the establishment and ensure a safe environment.

Monday - Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm.
