We are seeking an exceptional Staff Engineer to join our Global Service Tech team in Logistics.
This role will involve tackling high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, merchants, and support agents across the globe.
Our goal is to automate daily tasks of support agents, providing a great customer experience while allowing human agents to focus on complex problems. You will build upon our existing tool, Agent Copilot, by creating Virtual Agents that utilize AI technology and innovative solutions to automate conversations with customers and resolve issues.
