Are you looking to join one of the fastest-growing wealth management firms in the country—and shape the security foundation that protects billions in assets? In this role, you won’t just maintain security systems- you’ll define how a modern, national wealth management platform secures its people, data, and technology. You’ll bring deep technical expertise, architectural thinking, and a builder’s mindset to elevate how this firm protects clients, advisors, and business operations across the organization. As a Staff Cybersecurity Engineer, you’ll design and engineer the controls that anchor their security posture. You’ll create scalable architecture patterns across identity, cloud, and network domains. You’ll be the technical expert teams rely on to translate policies into real, measurable protections. From Azure and Microsoft 365 to complex hybrid environments, you’ll craft secure configurations, engineer zero-trust models, and integrate authentication and authorization frameworks that keep the firm resilient. You’ll also drive automation and engineering excellence. You will build IaC templates, secure baseline configurations, and tooling that embeds security directly into pipelines and deployment processes. Whether it’s strengthening identity lifecycle automation, maturing cloud protections, or integrating EDR, SIEM, DLP, ZTNA, CASB, or NGFW platforms, you’ll ensure security is consistent, scalable, and seamless across the environment. You’ll operate as a hands-on expert who can solve complex problems, codify best practices, and enable teams to move faster while staying secure. To succeed in this role, you must bring extensive experience in cybersecurity engineering or architecture (ideally within financial services), strong mastery of Microsoft enterprise platforms, and deep familiarity with frameworks like NIST and CIS. If you’re ready to architect what’s next, build high-impact controls, and play a central role in securing one of the nation’s most rapidly expanding wealth management platforms, this could be a great fit. Please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Salary: $115,000–$175,000 Apply now! No up-to-date resume required.
