Position: Technical Lead – Full Stack Development (.NET)
About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead – Full Stack Development with expertise in .NET technologies to lead and mentor a team of developers and support engineers. This role involves hands-on development, architecture design, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of developers across geographies.
• Drive design reviews, approve technical solutions, and ensure coding standards.
• Develop complex modules and provide technical guidance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage SLAs for application availability and incident resolution.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across infrastructure, database, and application layers.
• Support CI/CD , Agile , and Sprint processes.
• Maintain strong client-facing engagement.
Technical Skills
• Mandatory: .NET Framework, .NET Core (C#), , ASP.Net, SQL Server, Mongo
DB, AWS S3 & Lambda.
• Experience with RESTful services, Entity Framework, LINQ.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React).
• Good to have: Snowflake, PHP, Word Press, MySQL, Python, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
Required Experience
• 8–10 years in software development and leadership roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Application development certifications (Microsoft, AWS) preferred.
