Job Description
• Design and optimize cloud-based product solutions using advanced cloud infrastructure, ensuring high scalability, availability, and performance for enterprise clients.
• Drive technical discussions with clients to understand complex business and technical requirements, providing tailored solutions for cloud migration, automation, and governance.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and other automation frameworks for cloud infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build technical metrics, improve product stability, and enhance features based on customer feedback and industry needs.
• Develop and integrate cloud security and governance features, ensuring compliance with best practices for cloud management, IAM, and resource control.
• Provide post-sales technical support, addressing client issues related to cloud infrastructure, product performance, and implementation.
• Contribute to product design by identifying pain points in cloud solutions and recommending optimizations for performance, cost, and resource efficiency.
• Analyze technical challenges in customer environments, recommending and delivering solutions that align with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.
The Successful Applicant
• At least 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud architecture, and cloud migration
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Hands-on experience with cloud management, cloud security, and cloud computing products
• Familiarity with Alibaba Cloud products or similar cloud platforms is a plus
• Expertise in Landing Zone or Well-Architected frameworks
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset
• Customer-first mentality with the ability to analyze, design, and optimize cloud solutions for enterprise clients
