We are looking for a passionate Design Strategist with extensive experience in UX design and research, strong leadership, mentoring and team‑management skills. The Role Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of innovative, high‑quality, user‑centered digital experiences for clients. • Mentor and manage a team of UI/UX designers and be responsible for their professional development. • Collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams to understand business objectives, user needs and project requirements. • Develop and maintain design standards, best practices and design systems. • Ensure delivery of projects on time and within budget while maintaining a high level of quality. Requirements • 12+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of delivering high‑quality, user‑centered digital experiences. • Experience leading projects from concept to launch with cross‑functional teams. • Experience in financial services, insurance or technology industries is a plus. • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. • Deep knowledge of user‑centered design principles and UX design patterns. • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma or Adobe XD. • Experience in Agile methodology and project management. Preferred, but not required • Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, interaction design, human‑computer interaction or related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Strong problem‑solving skills and creative thinking. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
