Responsibilities: • Role: As a senior individual contributor in Employee Experience Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience globally. This involves leading strategically important initiatives, developing new solutions that anticipate employee needs, solving complex business problems, and raising the collective maturity of our design practice. You'll exemplify cross-functional team collaboration, guide and mentor junior designers, and foster a culture of inclusivity and accessibility, ensuring our offerings are visually appealing, user-friendly, and highly accessible. • Key Responsibilities: Define service flows and product features; Create wireframes, prototype interactions, and detailed designs; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, accessibility, research); Lead in creating storyboards/service blueprints; Work directly with stakeholders and product partners; Leverage market trends and research insights; Devise product design strategies from long-term vision to immediate delivery; Champion UI/Visual Design craft; Present work to senior leadership; Contribute to and champion Employee Experience Design System standards; Coach and mentor other designers. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI/Product design. • Proven track record of creating exceptional digital experiences. • Demonstrated experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines. • Cross-channel (mobile, web) design expertise. • Strong visual design execution and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools. • Experience leading/contributing to design systems. • Ability to create design strategies and communicate effectively. • Experience mentoring designers.
