Job Description
As the Technical Lead for the User and Accounts Management Team, you will shape and deliver the access and control layers of Workbench—enabling scientists and researchers to work safely with sensitive health data.
Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of secure user and account management systems within Workbench.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and cross-functional engineering teams to define and deliver high-impact features.
• Develop scalable backend services and user interfaces using Go, Java, React, TypeScript, and Terraform.
• Drive technical discussions, mentor engineers, and contribute to system architecture decisions.
• Identify and implement improvements in reliability, performance, and user experience.
