About the Role
We are seeking a Consultant with an Engineering & Strategic mindset having prior experience in realizing Digital Engineering with involvement in the strategic direction, operations, and performance in the Discreet Manufacturing and Aerospace & Defense industry segments within Intelligent Industry practice.
This pivotal role will be part of a team that drives growth, profitability, and innovation, shaping the future of our Manufacturing & A&D segment.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive Digital Transformation: Partner with clients to improve their competitiveness and performance by transforming their Engineering and R&D capabilities.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Connect the dots across the value chain—spanning sales and marketing, R&D, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and aftersales—to drive efficiency, enhance flexibility, and enable responsive, data-driven decision making.
• Leverage Digital Technologies: Leverage a value-driven approach to deliver transformational solutions through digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific strategies.
• Unlock Innovation Potential: Experience around model-based engineering, model-based enterprise, digital twins, digital thread areas.
• Team Player & Project Deliverer: Team player and ability to deliver on engineering transformation projects.
• Highly Mobile Professional: Ability to travel 50% on average including being onsite at client locations as needed.
• New Business Development: Support new business opportunities including preparing proposals, presentations, and pursuing contracts.
