JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Lead Data Developer (Azure Specialist) to lead cloud-based data initiatives and deliver robust solutions for enterprise-scale projects for one of Canada's largest banks. This role focuses on Azure technologies and data engineering, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Azure Expertise: Design and implement solutions using Azure Data Factory, Data Pipelines, Databricks, and Azure Synapse. Data Engineering: Develop and optimize data processing workflows and analytics strategies. Cloud Strategy: Drive adoption of cloud-based solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze operating environments, implementing corrective actions as needed. Collaboration: Partner with business and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud technologies, including Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse.
• Strong SQL development skills and experience with data pipelines.
• Familiarity with SSO & MFA configurations.
• Familiarity with Angular
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Integration and networking experience is an asset.
