Look for a candidate that has a presence of mind to listen to business requirements, visualize JS design and communicate effective design to the team lead. In this environment, it is important to participate in conversations when design and coding options are discussed and decisions are made in a group. This is not 'take a task and come back with a code' environment. Do not submit candidates who do not explain themselves fluently. Client will take a candidate with 2 years of JS experience who can communicate coding solution when asked a technical question for a business case. This is a 'day1, fall in-line with the team' environment.
Must have:
• 3 years of consistent and substantial Java Script development experience in general
• At least 2 years of Node.js development on systems involving integration with multiple back-end systems
• Demonstrable experience in integrating front-end in Java Script with .NET backend, Mango DB, or Fusion Product
• Demonstrate coding skill
Relevant JS frameworks experience:
• React framework
• Angular JS
• Hapi.js
• JQuery
Important:
• Ability to communicate design recommendations for a set of business requirements
• Ability to discuss with other developers pros and cons of requirements implementation in JS (this is an open floor team effort)
