C3 AI, a leading Enterprise AI application software company, seeks a talented Director of UX Design to lead the design of our C3 AI applications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their sense of craft and understanding of best practices and design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and create a compelling user experience and product vision by working closely with C3 AI leadership, product and engineering teams.
• Work alongside other designers to understand customer issues, create innovative solutions, and deliver products that allow our customers to make fast and accurate business decisions.
• Promote design insights and drive the adoption of design best practices across the organization.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a design-related field.
• Proven track record of shipping successful products who can balance a strong product vision with practical decision-making.
• Advanced understanding of design systems and UI/UX principles.
• A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to pixel perfection and holistic user experience.
