We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior IT Engineer in the Los Angeles area. This ideal candidate will lead the design, delivery, and operation of technology used for the end users. This is a hybrid schedule which requires on site two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for integrating closely with endpoint management platforms Intune for Windows, JAMF for MacOS/iOS) and core identity and security tools (Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Purview)
• Responsible for ensuring EUC platforms are reliable, observable, secure, intuitive, and aligned to enterprise architecture standards
• Will be responsible for end-to-end service quality and performance by embedding monitoring, telemetry, automation, Digital Experience (DEX) analytics into design, operation, and continuous improvement cycles
• Ability to identify systems and service issues, analyzes experience and performance trends and initiate corrective actions to reduce defects, enhance usability, and elevate customer satisfaction
Required Skills, Experience, and Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering with a combination of seven plus years or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Experience working in IT Operations within a manage service environment
• Oversight of vendor delivery, service quality and operations performance
• Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and practices
• Ability to present complex technical material to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and business partners
• A clear and deep understanding of end-user computing technology including Windows, macOS, iSO/iPadOS, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, TEAMS, SharePoint, OneDrive), endpoint management platforms such as Intune and JAMF, and endpoint security tools such as Defender of Endpoint along with deployment of Cyber tools to end user computing devices and ensure seamless operations
• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery approaches
• Proficiency analyzing effect trends, incident reports, and engineering quality metrics to drive improvements in application stability, reliability and user experience
• Strong knowledge with identity, access, and security controls including Entra ID, Conditional Access, data loss prevention, and compliance standards
• Experience applying ITIL, Agile, or DevOps principles to improve engineering quality, operation reliability, and support processes
• Experience with digital analytics, telemetry, and observability platforms to improve performance and user satisfaction
• Experience leading vendor teams or MSP partners to improve platform health, reduce incident patterns, and enhance customer outcomes
• Previous experience supporting large enterprise environments integrating identity, security, cloud, and collaboration platforms
• Experience designing or validating device health metrics, DEX instrumentation, and monitoring frameworks
• Must have hands on familiarity with endpoint analytics, networking fundamentals, and integration patterns between EUC platforms and cloud environments

Compensation based on experience.
