We are seeking a skilled Cabling Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and management of structured cabling systems for our network and voice infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UTP and fiber cabling, patch panel integration, and proper documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, terminate, and test structured cabling (UTP and fiber) for network and voice systems.
• Integrate cabling into patch panels and network racks.
• Label, document, and maintain accurate records of cabling layouts and configurations.
• Use vendor-grade materials to ensure reliability and compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair cabling issues as needed.
• Collaborate with network engineers and IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades and deployments.
Skills
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a Cabling Technician or similar role in network/voice infrastructure.
• Hands-on expertise in structured cabling (UTP and fiber) and patch panel integration.
• Knowledge of proper labeling, documentation, and industry standards.
