Responsibilities:
• Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WLAN, and WAN environments.
• Configure, install, and support network devices, servers, and related software.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues across on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Implement and support Cloud solutions (e.g. Azure, AWS) and SD-WAN technologies.
• Automate operational tasks and monitor their effectiveness.
• Design, implement, and test network and security controls (e.g. access authentication, 2FA/MFA).
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Communicate with customers to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations.
• Prepare project proposals and solution recommendations.
• Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability.
• Maintain accurate and complete technical documentation.
• Explore opportunities to enhance and monetize network solutions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an enterprise IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud platforms, and security best practices.
• Experience working in customer-facing or project-based environments is preferred.
