Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer / Service Engineer with pre-sales exposure to support enterprise networking projects in Japan. This role combines technical design, delivery, and customer-facing pre-sales support, working closely with both local Japan stakeholders and overseas technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Propose, design, implement, and support enterprise network solutions
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and integration
• Provide post-deployment operations, maintenance, and technical support
• Act as a Pre-Sales Service Engineer, supporting the sales team with:
• Technical consultations and demonstrations
• Preparation of technical proposals and solution documentation
• Collect and consolidate technical requirements from customers and internal stakeholders
• Document, optimise, and improve network service delivery processes
• Participate in large-scale and complex network projects (enterprise, data centre, optical networks)
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in network installation, delivery, operations, or maintenance
• Experience supporting or delivering projects based in Japan
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking products (e.g. Cisco, Juniper, Nvidia)
• Able to independently conduct technical research and present solutions to customers
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
• Professional certifications (e.g. CCNP) are an advantage
Language Skills
Ability to communicate in Japanese for customer-facing work and Chinese for internal collaboration is required due to business communication needs.

Salary Range
JPY 5,000,000 – 8,000,000 per annum
