UX/UI Designer - (Hybrid - Toronto) Much more than consultants, we are active participants in the global financial services industry. The Junior Designer role contributes to the overall definition and execution of all creative deliverables on the various platforms, in alignment to the client's Brand Design System. You will be responsible for defining, evangelizing, and driving the implementation of the overall design vision for the clients products. You will contribute to the client's visual design principles and will maintain visual design frameworks for their products. At least 2-4 years experience and practical expertise in UX/UI Design Must have experience working on projects in the financial services industry. A balanced understanding of strategy, usability, interaction, and visual design You are adept at working with multiple stakeholders and comfortable working collaboratively with experience design team members from a team of creatives from diverse disciplines and industries Define and evangelize a compelling vision for our sites and collaborate closely with other designers, copywriters, design researchers, creative technologists, product owners and developers Effective communication of conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design approaches/rationales Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback and creative direction Oversee project design deliverables all the way through execution Ability to leverage best-in-class innovative products and solutions for complex architecture and large-scale transformation We evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, genetic information, national origin, disability, veteran status, and other protected characteristics.
