Job Description: The Sales Engineer – Controls Systems is a key role reporting directly to Sales Manager - C&S. You will be concentrated on project sales and installation solutions, growing our market share with new business customers in UAE and driving the growth of business for Install division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on Controls & Security portfolio. Key Responsibilities: • Meet customer expectations by qualifying and working closely with internal pre-sales expertise to have right techno-commercial solutions for projects. • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for customers and direct tenders. • Demonstrate expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging market understanding, sales strategies, products, and services. • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and identify ways to anticipate customer needs. Requirements: • University Degree – bachelor's in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering. • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience focused on selling installation solutions for Controls business within UAE region. • Customer-focused and ability to build relationship with customers. • Organization skills and ability for multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. • Valid UAE Driving License.
