Market Data Sales Associate

About the Role
We’re hiring on behalf of our client in the digital asset space, and they’re looking for someone to take the lead on market data sales. This is their first sales hire, so you won’t just run a playbook — you’ll help create it.
You’ll be selling high-quality, institutional-grade market data that already has strong demand and happy clients. The product is trusted, proven and backed by high-frequency trading infrastructure — so you’ll have something solid and respected to take to market.
This is a full sales cycle role, working directly with the CEO. If you enjoy building relationships, closing meaningful deals and helping scale something with real momentum — this will be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
• Build and manage a high-value pipeline of financial institutions
• Lead outreach and engage new partners and prospects
• Qualify inbound leads from referrals and marketing
• Close new business and grow revenue with existing clients
• Travel internationally to conferences and client meetings
• Influence go-to-market strategy and product improvements
• Represent the brand in the market data ecosystem
What They’re Looking For
• 2 - 5 years in sales, business development, or partnerships
• Experience selling market data (crypto or traditional finance) preferred
• Understanding of tick-level data — or willingness to learn quickly
• A strong network in financial institutions is a plus
• Someone natural with relationship building — not just pitching
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, scaling business
