Position Overview We are seeking a System Engineer with strong experience in Video Analytics, VMS, and High Availability Unified Integration Platforms to perform the delivery and implementation of mission-critical systems in a live client environment. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, system design understanding, and delivery of integrated security and surveillance solutions that meet regulatory, operational, and technological standards. Key Responsibilities Project • Support the implementation, integration, and configuration of the Video Analytics • Solution, Video Management System (VMS), and Unified Integration Platform (UIP) in an • airport’s critical environment. • Configure video analytics use-cases such as Face Recognition, Intrusion Detection, Crowd Detection, Perimeter Protection, etc. • Ensure proper integration with Command & Control platform, ACS, LPR, and other • operational subsystems through API, SDK, or middleware layers. • Ensure the solution adheres to High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Cybersecurity compliance. • Maintain accurate documentation including SOWs, network diagrams, IP plans, UAT scripts, FAT/SAT reports, and training materials. Delivery & Coordination: Support in vendor management and system integrators for hardware/software supply, • configuration, and commissioning. • Support in coordinating with client authorities, client stakeholders, and regulatory bodies • for clear communication and approvals. Requirements Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor’s in engineering (IT/Computer Science/Electronics), or related field. • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Genetec, Milestone, Axis Certified, CCNA, PMP – • preferred). Experience: • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in delivering large-scale security or smart city projects; preferably in airports, critical infrastructure, or transportation hubs. • Strong understanding of video analytics platforms (e.g., AnyVision, BriefCam, AgentVI etc.) and VMS (Genetec, Milestone, etc.). • Experience with unified platforms (OODS, Vidsys, etc.) or middleware for system convergence. Skills: • Strong understanding of API-based integrations, IoT protocols, and middleware orchestration tools. • Experience in Windows/Linux environments, server deployments, and HA cluster management. • Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage multi-stakeholder environments. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities in live operational settings. • Ability to work under pressure and handle mission-critical escalations with minimal supervision.
