Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Algorithm Researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for research and development on large vision-language generation models in the multimedia field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop breakthroughs in key algorithm technologies, including controllable image generation, fine-grained generation content control, text-to-image generation, and text-to-video generation.
• Explore the latest technologies in large vision-language models, stay up-to-date with technological trends in the multimedia field, and incubate new products and features.
• Collaborate with relevant product teams to ensure smooth delivery of related products.
Requirements:
• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related engineering fields (Ph.D. preferred).
• Strong background in large vision-language model, AIGC, image processing, and machine learning technologies, with 1-5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Excellent algorithm and deep learning model development skills, proficient in Python/C++ and relevant AI development frameworks such as TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Experience in image/video processing algorithms or the development of image processing chips.
• Broad vision, able to stay informed about the current status and trends in academia and industry.
• Strong independent thinking ability and teamwork spirit.
