Your Role: As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our product team, contributing to the success of our core platform. You will:
• Design and develop the Command Center UI, empowering executives to effectively manage live AI experiments.
• Create real-time dashboards, audit logs, and implement robust safety controls.
• Build Slack-native workflows for streamlined approvals, alerts, and decision-making processes.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) to offer natural-language analytics and on-demand insights.
• Take ownership of features from conception through execution in a dynamic product environment.
Your Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who possess:
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in React + TypeScript along with either Python or Node.js.
• A product-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and an ability to navigate complex data.
• A passion for developing technologies at the intersection of AI, automation, and real-time systems.
Additional Skills: While not required, the following will be considered a plus:
• Experience in Slack app development.
• Familiarity with LLMs or streaming data.
• A background in startups or 0-1 product development.
