Prepare, plan, design, implement, maintain and support on cloud and on-premises infrastructure, systems and services in accordance with best practices.
- Collaborate across teams to identify the business needs and optimize the cloud and on-premises solutions.
- Regularly and proactively reviewing and identifying areas for improvements to optimize platforms and its services for system delivery, performance, scalability, reliability and extensibility.
- Monitors cloud and on-premises infrastructure and systems for optimal performance and establishes and monitors best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Recommend and plan for future growth of systems taking into consideration capacity planning, monitoring, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity for operating infrastructure.
- Define and document of all design, strategies and implementation for cloud and on premises infrastructure, system, services and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, fix and document problems, and implement corrective/preventive measures.
- Automating tasks and workflows to improve the efficiency of people and processes.
- Conduct of knowledge sharing and technical guidance on your area of expertise across teams.
- Consistently produces quality work under mínimal supervision.
- Require periodic after-hours/weekend support.
• *Requirements**:
1-3 years of working experience in the field of cloud computing and on-premises
infrastructure.
- 1-3 years of working experience with Linux operating system and open source technology.
- Knowledge in IT Infrastructure (i.e. IT Networks, Communications, and Data Centre
Management) and Infra Operations.
- Experience with InfraOps, SysOps, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code.
- Strong learning capability; an experimenter, a researcher enthusiastic about technology and automation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player and independent worker.
- Possess analytical, meticulous, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
