Must Have:
• Experience working as a Delivery Lead Specializing in QA
• Must have testing experience within a Business Transformation
• Leading business transformations
• Must be able to set up governance structures
• Need to be able to manage a team + orchestrating needs and executing a plan
• Should have retail experience
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing leadership within large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs.
• Experience with retail ERP greenfield implementations and end-to-end system integration testing across systems like SAP, Blue Yonder Product Suite, Manhattan WMS, GK POS, Adobe Product Suite and MuleSoft Integration Platform.
• Quality and project management certifications (e.g., ISTQB, PMP) are strong assets.
• Proven experience creating resource capacity and test execution plans for UAT.
