Job Summary:
• Support enterprise databases and ensuring high availability through proactive monitoring, health checks, and self-healing.
• Resolving incidents under Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis through problem management, automate routine tasks, improve monitoring & alerting and perform changes under Change Management.
• Collaborating with numerous partners including Client application teams, infrastructure support teams and various product and support vendors.
Key Requirements:
• 10+ Years of experience of Installation, Configuration, provisioning of MongoDB clusters in Linux 8 or higher version.
• Shell Scripting knowledge.
• Experience with troubleshooting, performance enhancements, latency, capacity, and availability issues in a production support environment.
• Strong Experience in Sharding and Replication.
• Experience using Ansible, GitHub, Unix Shell Scripting, Python, Splunk, ELK or Grafana is a plus.
• Major migration and cross platform migration to MongoDB.
• Native migration tools understanding.
