a. Technology experience
b. Mobile based web application design & development experience
c. Object oriented java script programming
d. jQuery framework including jQuery, jQuery mobile, jQuery UI etc
e. AJAX, CSS 3 and HTML 5
f. Accessibility (ADA Compliance), WCAG, WAI-ARIA
g. Responsive web application design
h. Good UI performance tuning and debugging skills
i. Others - Strong in communication with different stakeholders, Good articulation skills, Lead capability and mentoring new team members
B. Nice to have
a. Server side coding and debugging (JSP)
b. Code quality (functional & security) and optimization
c. Some server side coding experience
d. Strong lead experience with proactive communication skills
