Job Title: SEO Specialist
Develop and execute global SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic, user acquisition, and engagement for Bybit's global websites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure best practice for on-page SEO optimizations, including metadata, site structure, internal linking, keyword strategy, and other on-page elements.
• Work closely with product teams and content teams to develop and execute SEO-friendly features to capture non-brand keyword opportunities, including transactional and informational intents.
• Implement SEO recommendations and conduct Product Requirement Documentation (PRD) reviews with cross-functional product teams to unlock site-wise pages and content opportunities for organic traffic.
• Scale local SEO growth by leading and collaborating with local SEO/content teams to implement best practices for multi-regional and multi-language SEO, including hreflang, localization, and geo-targeting.
• Conduct research and leverage analytics, A/B testing, and reporting tools to measure performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Audit and analyze SEO performance, identify issues & root-causes, and experiment with rigorous approaches and measurement methods (A/B tests, data analytics) to improve performance at scale.
• Create data dashboards for weekly & monthly reports on rankings across top keywords, reviews, and sentiments across search engines (Google, Naver, Yandex), app stores (App Store, Google Play).
• Manage all conversion funnels and optimize conversion rates for clicks, downloads, and signups.
