Corporate Controller – Confidential Public Company 📍 Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office) 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 💰 Compensation: $250K – $300K base salary + annual discretionary bonus + long-term incentive plan 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours 📊 Reports to: Chief Financial Officer 👥 Team: Oversees a team of 5+ About the Role A confidential, publicly traded organization is seeking a strategic and experienced Corporate Controller to lead its corporate accounting and financial reporting functions. This high-impact role offers full ownership of SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and financial operations across a complex, multi-entity business. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of driving process improvements and financial integrity. This is a unique opportunity to partner with executive leadership and influence the financial direction of a dynamic, growth-oriented company.
