Requirements:
8+ years in Microsoft technologies, including 3+ years in leadership/solution architect role
Hands-on experience in: Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents), SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365 CRM, Power BI
Integrating Microsoft solutions with external APIs and data sources
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance
Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in Arabic and English (optional)
Preferred: Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Dynamics 365), Azure experience, government/public sector exposure
Soft Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, innovative, culturally collaborative
