Role: Mechanical & Plumbing Engineer Location: Queens, NY Salary: $80K We are a well-established contractor specializing in multifamily residential projects across New York City, and we’re looking to bring an experienced Mechanical & Plumbing Engineer into our growing team. As a Mechanical & Plumbing Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the design coordination, execution, and delivery of mechanical and plumbing systems across multiple multifamily projects. Key Responsibilities: • Designing, reviewing, and coordinating mechanical and plumbing systems for multifamily buildings • Working closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors • Overseeing installations to ensure compliance with NYC codes and project specifications • Reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals • Conducting site visits and supporting field teams during construction • Troubleshooting system issues and providing technical guidance • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline • Proven experience working on multifamily residential projects • Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, plumbing codes, and mechanical standards • Experience working with contractors or in a construction-focused environment • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong communication and coordination skills APPLY today for immediate consideration!
